Prof.Dr. Csaba Gyuricza, vice president for scientific relations

agricultural engineer, soil expert engineer, professor, doctor of science, rector of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences

“When it comes to Africa, people in almost every field of sciences find their own challenges and questions, since a countless of problems waiting to be solved complicates life on the continent beyond the unparalleled historical and geographical conditions.

I am convinced that these problems should not be seen as static factors, but as challenges that need to be addressed in the future, at national, continental and global levels. I am confident that by involving science, research and business, we can create common results and opportunities on this unique continent. As vice-president of the Central European Knowledge Center for Africa Business Studies, my goal is to use all means at our disposal to help advance the above-mentioned processes so that they can be not only external observers but also active and successful participants of Hungarian experts.”
